Snow begins to fall outside
Our window frame
I watch the white light calling
Out your name
Cold glass holds
The breath we left behind
I draw a heart and hope you stay
In mine
The room is quite frozen in the air
I reach for warmth, but you are
Barely there
In this winter dream
