Twirl Redux

There in the heather you spin out your
And singing] laughter, feeding
The clover and grace chasing after
The wind in your hair like a banner unfurled
My bright little dancer, my whole
Little world snorts
And watching you twirl in the wide open
Light, I wonder what shadows will fall
With the night.
What storms will
Rise, what fears may swirl
But still you twirl, my little girl
Though the world turns wild and wide
Your shepherd walks before your stride
So twirl, twirl
My little girl.
Let your laughter light
This world.
The
Lord who paints the skies in pearl holds every step
You take.
So twirl
