Beast Inside Me

B-b-b-b-boom boom boom.
Boom, boom.
B-b-b-b-boom boom boom. Boom.
B-b-b-b-b-b-boom boom.
B-b-b-b-b-b-boom boom.
B-b-b-b-b-b-boom boom. There's something breathing in the dark.
Behind my eyes, behind my soul.
I hear it scratching at the walls inside my mind.
A shadow born with me, a curse I cannot hide.
Every step I take, it follows close behind.
Waiting for the moment
when the chains unwind.
I fear the day I lose control.
I fear the beast becoming whole.
Beast inside me, raging in the dark.
Beast inside me, tearing me apart.
I lock the cage but it never dies.
I see its hunger through my own eyes.
Beast inside me, don't let it break free tonight.
B-b-b-b-b-b-boom boom.
B-b-b-b-b-b-boom boom. B-b-b-b-b-b-boom boom.
